Configure IE content advisor for multiple users

Is there a way to use the IE6 content advisor with multiple users when I need to have different settings for each user? It seems that the content advisor settings are global for all users.

If there is no way to do this, what 3rd party software does anyone know about that can filter internet content with different settings for different users.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I know MSN offers a service like AOL, but you have to pay, and you can set limitations for users...

The settings apply by Group membership.
If the restricted users have a content filter applied, the worst that can happen for a member of the Adminitrator Group is to be asked for a password:

Greater granularity than this is not possible.
