Configure I2004 phone

Trying to configure a I2004 phone on a UCX50. Reset phone, wait until I see "Nortel" then press the 4 keys below the screen in order. Phone just boots as normal.
I need to turn on the data port.

Timing is important
key sequence from left to right must be completed within 1.5 sec after the greeting appears
