We have a part-time receptionist and I'm trying to configure the greeting table to only use the auto attendant from 9am to 1pm and then after business hours starting at 5pm. It's currently set to Morning: 9:00am, Afternoon: 12:00pm, Evening: 5:00pm, and After Hours: 5:00pm. Should I change the afternoon settings to 5pm or would you handle the setup differently?

That schedule you are looking at is only to have the correct greeting played at those time's/days when AA does answers the calls.
It does not tell AA to answer at specific times.

In voice mail programming you can tell the lines to answer at a set amount of of rings, that is a fixed 24/7 setting.

On the KSU you can program Service Modes and have it answer based on it's schedule own schedule programming.
In service mode:
-Add the DN of the voice mail to a ring group
-Have the lines answer that ring group
-Program the schedule
-Make the service mode Automatic (or program receptions DN as the control set, lowest DN is default, and reception can use F871 to activate at will)
