Configure Client once

I am using Citrix Metaframe program neighborhood
version 9.00.32649(newest client)

I want to be able to configure the client once and not have to go into every user and configure the client. How can I do this??

as it is know if I login as user 1 and configure the client it works. but if user 2 logs in then I have to confiure the client for that user.

web interface is the way i have gone
it puts another layer in but the fact that you dont ahve to mess with clients is so much easier
