Configure Certificate Authority for EFS

Hi,

I am wondering if any one assist me in setting up Certificate Authority in Windows Server 2003 for EFS. I installed Certificate Authority as per the procedure, and I could not see the "Policy Settings" container in the Certificate Authority MMC. Other containers listed are "Revoked Certificates", "Issued Certificates", "Pending Requests", and "Failed Requests".
