Configure avaialble_media.cmd help

Hi,
anyone has some documentation on how to configure this batch file - available_media.cmd?
I basically need that to e mail me media ID, Volume Pool, kilobytes and status ( if it is full, frozen, active).

I am looking for a doc somewhat similiar to the on on how to configure e mail with blat and nbmail (doc ID 254809 on support.veritas.com/docs/254809

Thanks for your help!
