Configure a VPN client setup

I've just set up and tested a client's BEFSX41 router for VPN access using a Windows 2000 client from my office to theirs. It took quite some time, including several hours with Linksys tech support. The latest ROM upgrade (1.44) has finally seemed to fix everything (although the user's guide needs a few updates as well!), but I have a static IP and Linksys tech support informs me that every time the client side IP changes that the client must reconnect and enter the new IP. Even for me that would be a real aggravation, but for the average end-user this is obviously not a workable solution. In the secpol setup for the router-to-client rules, I tried to enter 0.0.0.0 for the client-side endpoint on my Windows 2K machine, but it flags it as an invalid IP address.

How do I configure a VPN client setup on a client machine with a dynamic IP (both my clients are using XP) to a VPN tunnel on a BEFSX41 at a static IP?

Thanks! I've ftp'd the SSH Sentinel eval and it looks like a good product. I don't know if I can sell the client on shelling out another $125US for each employee he wants to be able to use the VPN, though. Can you suggest a good forum for me to monitor for the status of the service pack? I've just joined the XP forum in Desktop Software -> PC OSes.
