Configure a 2511

A friend of mine have a DSL connection. They have a DSL modem and a 2511 router. They want to share thier connection to a couple of friends. So they want me to configure thier router for dial-up capability. Can someone help me on this? and secondly how do i authenticate the users logging-in? Do i need the help of thier DSL provider?

I'm fairly new on cisco routers so bare with me. =)
