Hi, I am attempting to configure one of the top 6 ports on a 016etr for a polycom. I have magix r3v7 with 2 412tdl, 2 016etr(slots 3 & 4), messaging & 2 024tdl in second cabinet. I have repeatedly attempted the steps found on the forum (winspm, sysprog, extensions, >, >, ETR,...) When I get to the screen that says system idle , dial code:nnnn s/p etc. The system beeps periodically and displays an extension number in for nnnn. This continues for minutes and eventually I hit back to stop and retry, where I get another extension number for nnnn and wait again. I have shut down and restarted from scratch and get same results. I have never reached the choice of etr or t/r. I have renumbered top ports from the 4 digit 715X to a 3 digit extension and have tried that with no luck. Can someone please enlighten me as to the error in my method? The polycom is an analog soundstation and I attempt in AM before business. Thank you for your time.
