hi,
typically

number of nodes
number of TPA nodes
number of NO Tpa nodes
Number of Amps per node
Number of Network Pe's per node
Number of Channel PE's per node
Memory size
Machine model number
Cpu speed
amount of disk on the system or per amp
( can use either one to get the other )

Disk Raid configuration

Personally I think all of this information is available to all NCR associates in our Customer Information System database so you shouldn't have to give it to the GSC when you open an incident number. you should just given then the Box's customer name and they should be able to pull all that information up. Some sites have multiple machines so you must make sure that you give them the name for the box with the issue so they work the problem correctly.

I wouldn't put this information out anywhere public unless you are applying for one of the Trade magazines Data warehouse awwards and there they are probbaly only interested Amount of disk space, amount of real data loaded, number of queries run per day, number of users logged on.

hope this helps.
