Hi Guys,

Has anyone had any problems installing the Config Wizard,

After installing the latest Config Wizard(2) for Rls9 on my Windows XP Pro SP2 Laptop I'm unable to see any text in the Wizard when it starts up. The text shows up as garbage and obviously is unusable. I'm sure my last version worked fine. It looks like I'm missing a font as all the text is garbled little squares, although some text is readable for example the help about screen is perfect. Its got me really baffled, I've done all the usual stuff, re-instaaled all the fonts, removed, re-installed, remove Java, system restore etc. It works fine on my colleagues identical machine, which by the way are HP NC6400 Laptops.

Had the same issue. Did an earlier version work? If so, then copy the font folder from it to the new version.

Should find it here:

c:\program files\mitel\mitel Integrated Configuration Wizard\[version #]\jre\lib\fonts.

What makes you think that you have time to fix it?

Hi,

Yes the earlier version did work, although if I re-install it, it dosent work now. Thanks for the tip though, I'll give it a try, I can copy the fonts from a colleague if necessary.

Cheers

Steve
