configuration probelm on wget-1.8.2

Hi folks:

I'm trying to compile the wget-1.8.2 on my hpux 10.20 workstation. I got pass the ./configure,
but when I type make, it will compile it for 5 minutes and then give me a error message : MAKE: cannot load makeinfo. stop
**Error exit code 1

I installed wget-1.7.1 on the same system and it works,
so I start to assuming that wget-1.8.2 is not for hpux 10.20.
Has anyone installed wget-1.8.2 on hpux 10.20 before?
