Configuration of SSH Sentinal and Dlink DFL-300

I can't get the vpn to work. Using a pre-shared key. Using the test mode, SSH reports failure in IKE Phase 1. I did get a Windows 2000 client to work, but it is too difficult to use. SSH says the problem is in the DFL-300, but I don't know how to log any DFL-300 activity.

Any help is appreciated.
