Hello,
I was configured an Avaya IPoffice.I'm a technical trainee and I only configure 3 extensions and only with forwarding calls interally and externally but this configuration, as simple as be, give me more problems. The forwarding fails in one telephone and the users always must call sometimes because the fist call always ring busy tone, I think that happen because I didn't know configure the system with two lines and the call try to exit to the busy line, I don't know...
Do you help me, please?
Thank you in advance

Before the problems of above I don't have success and I experiment a problem with the forwarding calls. The first forward have success but the second and the third one don't have any results.
Can anybody help me??

I think I understand your issue. Do you have call waiting ticked under the Users Telephony Tab? This will allow mulitple calls to be forwarded. if it is not ticked, you will get a busy signal after the first call until the line is free again.

Thanks for the reply but I have ticked the call waiting option but the forwarding does not work.

Hi ReadIris

Are you forwarding from the handset, PhoneManager or Manager Program?

Testbench

What trunks do you have coming in....analogue? If so, change the linegroup id of the unused trunks to a different ID then you should be fine.
