configuration error

I recently added a user to our Exchange 2000 Enterprise Server. Sometimes when I send the new user email I get an undeliverable saying "A configuration error in the e-mail system casued the message to bounce between two servers or to be forwarded between two recipients."

Has anyone else had this problem?
