Configuration Error - Access is denied...

Does anybody know why I sometimes get this Configuration Error when I'm trying to build my ASP.NET Web application?

Access is denied <name of a certain dll>

e.g.
Access is denied SolpartWebcontrols
- or -
Access is denied SquishyTree
- or -
Access is denied ikalender

We use some DLLs but sometimes I can't run my web application and I need to reboot. Very strange because it's only on my computer, a Win XP Pro.

The only time I've ever gotten that error is if one of us is using the debugger on a certain dll, and then another tries to run an app that uses the same one. The behavior is very sporadic, though. Sometimes it will let us do it, and sometimes it returns the error you mentioned.

Another thing you might check is permissions on the .dll in question if it's a &quot;legacy&quot; component (that sounds funny). The everyone group should have permissions on the object.
