Configuration Callpilot fax multmedia.

I need some help, I already make configuration on the callpilto, but nothing to do callpilot make the callpilot send a fax, below the log that I withdorw the CPTrace:

I already creat the ACD CDN at CS1000 7.0, but I beliave that I make a mistake, because don't work, somebody can help me with this configuration? or indicate the number of nortel guide that I can find thid configuration!

There are many things that can cause faxes to fail. Among them are:
Permission/Restriction Lists
CallPilot Agent NCOS/TGAR settings
Dialing Translations
DSP resource availability

thankyou with the manuals, but I can't get make calls between extensions, and RPL's are with permission. I created the Phantom extension with DCFW for SDN that stay with Multimedia Messaging, do you know how if I'm forget some configuration?
