Config Updating failure

Beginner administrator---

Norstar Minuet ACD system attached to Nortel ICS 4.0 System.

I have updated our ACD system with a new list of top-down agents, deleted old ones out, currently have 10 agents (we have a capacity of 20 so I'm under that restriction)...tried to update at end of session choosing "now" rather than later and it told me Config failed. Had all agents that were logged in log out and tried again. Still failed. However some new agents I added were able to log in/out of ACD loop and phone rings. But some can not. I have checked list of agents and ext several times and they were correct. Any ideas??? There are no "troubleshooting" ideas within my manual. Thank you for your assistance.

Could be corrupt.
Try a reboot of the NAM via F915.
You could drop to OS and do some maintanence perhaps also.

You might need Cintech support but they seemed to have dissapeared this year, it is a very old product and long replaced by other measures. You may want to think about getting with todays systems.
