Config Primary and secondary actions from SSC for man. scan

I have installed NAVCE 7.6 at a client site. I have all the clients connected to a primary parent server for configurations and virus updating. When I go into the SSC nad view the clients, I see a few that have detected viruses. When looking at the virus log, it shows that it was a manual scan and that the secondary action was to leave the file alone. How do you configure the clients to quarantine the file for the secondary action when doing a manual scan? I found out where to set it for the realtimne protection, but not for the manaul scan. Any ideas?
any help would be appreciated....
