Config option11c for COT only new setup

Hi,
I have an old system option11c that I would like to set up using COT lines only,
I know the steps are...
1. LD 16 Create Route
2. LD 14 Create Trunks
3. LD 87 Verify NCTL (NCOS to FRL)
4. LD 10/11 Verify/Change NCOS of phones
5. LD 86 Create DMI/Digit Manipulation if needed
6. LD 86 Create Route List
7. LD87 or LD90 - Create or change CDP (87) or SPN/NPA/NXX (90) numbers to point to Route List
I created a CDB in LD 15
Created Route in LD 16
and Created Route member in LD 14
Unsure what to do from here.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

You need to carry on with your list

5. LD 86 Create DMI/Digit Manipulation if needed
6. LD 86 Create Route List Index
7. LD87 or LD90 - Create or change CDP (87) or SPN/NPA/NXX (90) numbers to point to Route List
