config 0x32

I have a Norstar Plus Modular ICS 0x32 system and no experience. I have wiped memory and now trying to follow the manual to enter config mode. I am expecting to see A. Configuration in the display, but instead I see Terminals&sets. What have I done wrong and where would I get direction to work through this.

You're on the right track. Check your system's software level on the side of the flash card and Google "Nortel Modular ICS installation guide".

I did that and it is a MICS DR 7.1 Considering that, I was able to locate the correct installer manual for phone system. Thanks. I'm sure there will be more....
What is the preferred template?

I like PBX and guess most do the same.

Yeah, I always set all my systems up in PBX.
