Could someone please help me through the steps to add a confidential statement to all outbound Internet e-mail?

Am assuming you mean something like a disclaimer. No easy way for Exchange 2000 though Microsoft provides a method using sinks. Have a look at

Easiest is GFI Mail Essentials...I believe the free install will allow for disclaimers to be added...may be wrong though.
