Confidential Message on email body

Hi there,
I am trying to setup the confidential message for my company that stay on the email footer body when users send to recipient then they can see that message show on the bottem of the email body. If you know where in ESM that i can set that up.

1- I guest i can rephrase my question above is - How to add the disclaimer on SMTP outgoing message inexchange 2003 without involve any third party software.

2- How do i set the mailbox retention that will delete all those old mails after 30days?
