Hello I have a nasty problem. Does anyone know of a way to get rid of conficker on the network? We've run MCAfee EPO and applied all the necessary patches but always seems to come back. Our servers appear to be infected as well and we where able to patch them but a few hours later the sucker comes back. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

What you need to do is isolate where in the network it is coming from. Until you do that you will still keep getting hit. If it is strictly on the servers how did it get there? If your that badly infected then a clean install might be best.

That's why after 8yrs of viruses that McAfee never picked up I moved to Kaspersky. Nice thing with kaspersky is the quick bootable CD you can create. Else in McAfee if stinger cant find it you need to run it in DOS mode.
