Can someone tell me how many conferences can be established & how many members can be in a conference on the SX 200 ICP?

the maximum amount of conferences depends on your DSP resources.
The real limit is 5 members per conference. To exceed 3 however, you need a COS option "Flash in Conference" enabled.
