Have installed many of these without hitch but not yesterday.
Have configured all usual stuff

- cct deswcriptor for analogue port to match flash parameters of polycomn (100ms), 3300 = 60 - 130ms

- COS for analogue port has conferencing enabled and conference tone on. Also enabled in trunk cos for what its worth

- System options conference capacities all set to 8 and interconnect check enabl;ed (no relevant though).

- No interconnect issues every device on default 1

- feature access code #9# (unique, no other conflicts with other feature codes or for inter digit time out to occur)

Going through conference sequence

- dial 1st number from polycom, hit flash (caller gets music) i get dial tone (flash timing working)
- dial next party, they answers, I hit flash key and dial conf code and nothing happens accept call swappping, I cannot join 3 parties. Hitting flash key keeps swapping between parties

What am I doing wrong, Grrrrrrr?

Sorry all I meant "not" working.......

does conferencing work with an IP phone programmed with the same CoS?
Also does transfer work correctly?
i.e. call the polycom hit 'R' dial extn and hangup

you've enabled call swap in the COS of the set. Call Swap and Conference are mutually exlusive (as you've found)

What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon.

Transfer works fine

and

Arrrrrrr yes forgot call swap.......
