Hi All,
I have a client who has 5 bridged appearances to her boss' phone. Those appearances (on both users) is set to "Can Intrude". When people call in on those apps., the client puts them on hold, and then conferences them together with the conf. button on the terminal. Unfortunately, if someone picks up the appearance that the conference is being held on, they can hear it. Is there a way to make it private, even though it has "Can Intrude" enabled?
Also, if she has a conference call in progress as described above, and goes to create another, the participants of the second conference get put into the first. Is there a way to create a second ad hoc conference?
Much obliged for any thoughts.
John
