We have an M1 Opt C61 with X11 release 23. I am new at managing this thing and just recently finished training on Moves, Adds and Changes.

One thing that was not covered, but I need to implement is conferencing.

Currently all users can conference in up to six parties, however, our consultants ant the ability to allow the conferencing parties off switch the ability to call a number and join a conference on our switch.

Is there any easy way to do this?

Someone in the office can connect external parties to a conference, but I dont think this is what you were looking for.

There is a card called Meridian Integrated Conference Bridge, MICB wich is just what you are looking for.
Users can call in to a number at the bridge and give a password and then be connected to a conference.
Someone at the office can on the web schedule differrent conferences and administrate the conference card.

It is one of the most useful products in a long time.
We have it here and it is great!

the m1 switch will alow more conf than 6 but db levels will not be able to maintained,,manafacture list that 6 via conf can maintain integrity...go with the conf bridge.
