We are a technical call center. In the evening, our reps will transfer customer calls to the on call tech's cellphone. We would like to contact the on call tech on his cellphone; explain the problem, then bring the customer on, introduce customer to tech and then have the sending agent drop off the call leaving the customer taking to the on call tech. When the sending agent drops off the call, the call drops completely and both customer and tech agent. Is there any way around this?
