Conference with a single key?

I have a ROLM PBX that I am replacing with a Option 61. On the Rolm I created a key that does PICK PICK CONF. What this does is if you are on a call and another call comes in one another phone, you press the key and it adds the other ring call to you conversation. You never miss a word of the previous conversation and all 3 parties are automatically conferenced together. Is there a way to do this on the Nortel PBX?

Not that I know of. There is a call join command but take more work.
Put caller on hold
answer ringing line
press conf
press line with held call
press conf again
