Conference unit for succession?

Thanks I appreciate the feedback.
I was kind of hoping for an IP conference unit, in lieu of tdm stuff. After all Succession is supposed to be an IP phone system
I have searched the net and found nothing.
Mitel has an IP conference unit.
Polycom makes one but it supposedly will not work on Succession.
