Horrible static when conferencing with a 412. Have replaced conference chip and VCM four times within last month. Today is better as static is intermittent, but it's still unbearable. We do numerous small conferences...20 with parties of 3-5 at any given time. Have ruled out VCM and dual PRI modules. No help from Avaya.
