Hi All,
Which mode of installation should i select while installing AAC R 8.
1- Avaya Aur
3- Third party/CS1K

i have CS1K s\with session and system manager installed at this site.

Second do i have to installed licenses foe AAC to work properly. Now i am not hearing the default conference greeting after dialing the conference code, it gets just silence. SM traces shows that call is hitting AAC.

Are you sure you should be installing this? This is a very basic question.

yes i m. and i am using option1 for installations and after following the avaya guide i get silence when i dial conference DN. AAC is showing partially up in system manager dashboard --status tab. There is no Alarm in Element manager client.

I'd say this is part of your problem.

I'd really suggest that this goes beyond the scope of an internet forum.
