Question regarding conferencing.
403 with VMP, customer using confrence met me for external people and internal people to join confrence.
Current set-up call come in via a DDI to a short code, into VMP short code, pin protected transfers to another short code with confrence meet me.
Is there anyway of having a anouncement when people join the conference? and when they leave?
Or a moderator PIN, so only the moderator can bring all people into the conferance.
At the moment they cannot tell who is in which conference and not very secure, as anybody who know the code can listen to a call.
can this be done with out the power conferance?
