Conference problem

we install a bcm50 rel 2.0. We are receiving feed back on our conference calls. Example ext. 222 make two outside calls and conference them together. when we talk the feed back appear and we can not hear one another.

any suggestion?

Are they analog trunks?

I've never experienced that problem myself. If you do have analog trunks, it would be worthwhile to connect your test set to the trunks and see if you hear the issue on the outside trunks. You could have a crosstalk issue outside the system.

Is this an IP conf phone.

these are analog lines. I was advise to power cycle the telephone system. If the problem reoccurred the telephone system will need a patch. We have a BCM50 rel.2.0

There is an issue on the 50's with IP phones and analog lines. A echo problem.
