Conference problem

I have a partner acs 3.0 All users can't conference a call. the system has four lines. I'm on line 1 and I hit the confernce button and nothing happens. Please help

How many lines do you have programmed to each extension? To be able to conference, you have to have a minimum of 3 lines programmed.

Check that #109, Outside Conference Denial is set to 1, allowed. This would affect all extensions (system wide).

Note that you can conferance a maximum of 2 outside and 3 inside calls.

You only need 2 lines to be able to conferance two outside calls.

Hmmm, are we trying to do an internal and/or external conference? 1 POTS and several extensions, 1 extension and several POTS, or several POTS and several extensions?
