COnference problem- HOT D XX keys

Hi i have an executive extension M3904 having 4 kesy programme as

Key 2 programme as PVR
Key 3 Programme as PVR
Key 4 Programme as HOT D
Key 5 Programme as HOT D

Now when the caller dial an out side number using one f HOT key or Private key and wants to do a conference using other HOT D or Private it never happens...
Caller dial out side no using HOT D or Private key then press conference then take another HOT key or Private key and dial another out side number and after the calls get pick he wont see any CONNECT option on set , it never comes....How ever conference between a HOT key and a normal line (dialout using access code=88) gets OK...
I have checked CLS CFXA and FTTU in set....TGAR/NCOS is OK and in RDR, CFTA =Yes...Can somebody help how can i make conference between two HOT D lines or Two Private Lines or one private and one HOT D line?

You might want to test out this: faq798-6453 Even though it relates to FNA, there are a variety of benefits.

Another think is to check the PVR Trunk TNs to see if they have CMF=YES

It's hard to tell exactly what the issue is, since I can't tell if your user is performing any of the phone functions correctly.
