Hi,

Is someone have any ideas on below issues i encounter?

Issues - Newly installed Conference Speaker Phone is giving noise/disturbance sound

Conference Speaker Phone Model: Clearone Max Ex (analog)
PBX Model: Panasonic KX-TDA100 with SLC16, DLC16, others..

I have just install our conference speaker phone to one of our SLC16 analog port and assign an extension number. It basically works, but quality wise it is bad and giving noise/disturbance sound on both party

Then i proceed to install it on DLC16 digital port and assign an extension number (this is with Digital to Analog Converter, Konexx) It does works, yet giving the same result or worst.

I understand that our Conference Speaker Phone phone is analog, so then i install it directly to one of our CO line. It works perfectly with no noise.

Is there any settings that might need to look at in the KX-TDA100 PABX from software?

Thanks & Regards.

Still trying to find some settings in PBX. No Success...

Hi OBT,

Yes, basic analogue phone work on the port.

So far, i have concentrate on our conference speaker phone (Clearone Max Ex) on the gain/auto level settings. Nothing helps.

I wonder if there are other settings in PABX to help?

Maybe someting to do whit echo cancel?

System Option (2.9) option 3 ?

if normal analogue works perfect at that port / its the conference speaker phone i guess
I use the Conferance phones from panasonic itself (KX-NT700) Never had problems...

Panasonic TDA/TDE/NCP/NS Series
