I got an alarm for one of my remote sites today (CNF020)indicating the Conference Pack failed to respond. When I look up CONFERENCE in my NTP there's no mention of a conference pack. When I search the NTP for CONFERENCE PACK I'm brought only to the CFN alarm section. Is the conference pack a card? And what does "failed to respond" mean? Could this mean someone tried to initiate a conference call and was unable to do so? if so, what type of treatment would they have received? thank you in advance for your help.

switch type always helps people answer questions, ld 38 is to maintain conf pack.. ld 22 prt cequ will locate them for you ld 38 stat c u in an 11 or stat lscu in a larger switch. cnfc loop for testing a conf card (pack).. if all you conf packs are not responding, no one could transfer, not responding is the same response you get if you enl any card that is not in the switch, meaning i req a ack response and you don't respond
