Conference not working

I am having the same problem as the above referenced thread. I was able to set up conference calls ok but now for no obvious reason whenever we try to conference someone in we get conference busy. I noticed there was no solutionon the previous thread. Hopefully someone has had the same problem and found a fix. My system is a BCM200 v4. There has been no work done on the system such as software upgrades. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The first thing that you always want to do is make sure that you have all of the latest patches in your system.If fully patched than try a reboot.If fully patched & a reboot doesn't fix problem than contact Nortel to open up a ticket.
