conference not working - phone display says Short Codes.conference

Hello,
Fro some reason when all users dial the conference bridge number (a 4 digit number), the display on the phone says "Connected: Short Codes.Conference" but there is no prompt to dial the PIN# or anything, just silence. Not sure how this has happened since it was workign fine yesterday. Any suggestions please? Thanks.

That's custom programming in Vm Pro, is that all still correct? :-)

reboot of the voicemail server solved the problem, after that all the voicemails started to flood in.
