Conference Meet Me 1

I have a conference bridge set up using a voicemail pro module which works as I believe it should. IE Any external callers dialling in will hear MOH/Beeps until an internal party joins the conference. Anybody know a way around that so external callers can go straight into the conference? I have an issue whereby a client's reps have conference calls and often they are all mobile.

They have 10.1 software running, the client told me they could dial straight in before the last upgrade from 9.1??

If you don't use the extension number as bridge number it will not put the callers on hold
WARNING
anyone that knows the dialin procedure can use it even without the host on the call.

Hmmmm, I'm not doing. Extension numbers are 2XX and the conference bridge numbers are 99XX.

This is a "new" feature in 10.1
Record 15 seconds of silence for hold music.
In ICR change the MOH source from system to this hold music.

Will recording 15 seconds of silence put the caller straight into the conference? Can't see how that would work?

In a nut shell the customer wants the ability to have conference calls where none of the parties involved are internal.

When I test this the first external caller will get MOH, when a second external caller connects they are both connected to the conference.
