I have a customer who says that when they call into their conference bridge with another person its like there in two seperate bridges. When I look at System Status, they are indeed in two different conference bridges. The incoming call route for the conference number is set to go to VM:Bridge, there is only one module called Bridge in voicemail pro, which transfers to ext 4138 which forwards unconditional to 4162 which is the short code for conference meet me. And obviously the route works considering the caller gets into the conference bridge...but why does the second caller get put into a seperate one?

You made it too complicated

Instead of routing it in to the forwarded extension route it to 4162

Is 4162 in a conference meet me shortcode ?

4162
conference meet me
4162
line id 0

You could also put 4162 in the incoming call route instead of VM:Bridge

But if you want to use pincodes then you need a module
