Conference Loop and using Barge/privacy override limits?

I have a question that I have been trying to find documentation but coming up empty handed. On a CS1000 with 1 conference loop of 30 time slots how many people can barge/privacy override into an SCR key if there are 30 appearances in the system? AdHoc Conference calls are limited to 3/6 participants but is barge/privacy over ride limited or could all 30 timeslots be used on the conference loop for barging into an SCR key?

This is all the NTP says

The system must be equipped with a conference loop. The number of
timeslots is limited to 30 for each conference loop. For Small Systems a
maximum of six parties for each conference is supported.
