Conference Incoming Call 1

I'm new to this, please forgive me. I've been working on an Avaya system for 18 years and just inherited a Call Manager.

I'm talking on the phone with one person and I'm expecting someone else to call any second. When they do, I want to conference them with the person I'm already talking to. What's the key sequence on a 7961, please?

All you should have to do is press the join button and voila. I can't see how easier it can get than that.

Yes, it is! One way to easy the steps that you need to take is to move the "join" function right at the top level of the soft button assignment instead of pressing the "more" button several times to find it.
