Conference Feature

Hello,

We have an Option 61c with Nortel Communication Server 1000M Single Group PIV. The conferencing feature has failed. Users can press conference and call another party, but pressing the CONNECT button does not work). Here's the print out from LD 38:

My question is can I try to re-enable the conference feature in LD 38 with affecting the other features on the CONF/TDS card, or does the whole thing need to go down, come up.

you can try to enable conf pack it can only fail or get you some kind of error message did you stat your tds 00 and 16 what state are they in? you could disable tds and try to reset card to see if that helps.
