Does anyone have Conference connection 1.2 installed? I am doing pre-install design. Can CCC be configured so 4 people have direct DID numbers into different control points and bypass the IVR? These users do not want to have to schedule conferences and have the resourses dedicated to their con call of 4 participants all the time, where anyone can dial into the DID and be connected. Waste of resources I know , but they are the big cheeses.
