Conference code with digital phone

Is it possible to start A conference using the code "3" with a digital phone system in BC9? I'had try but nothing happne, I can only start conference by programming a key but with the analogue telefhone che code "3" work fine.

Any ideas?

Probably your MD is programmed as "alway automatically put phone in DTMF" mode.
Then the keypad keys are not usable to do any action while connected.
Check ASPAPARNUM=56;
When printout shows value 15, above case applies.

If above is not the case,it can be possible that not didgit 3 but another digit is used for conference. This value (keynumber) is shown with system parameter command ASPAPARNUM=22;.

Ehm... I Think you're speaking about a newer version of system than bC9, in my documentation I've see that the only valors valid for PARNUM 56 are 0-9 and 15. In newer version (I've see it on alex with BC12 docs) what you say it's possibile but I'm interested to know if it's alredy possible in alder system.

No,it applies to BC9 as well.
Indeed BC12 has more values for ASPAPARNUM=56; but I 'm not talking about that.

Simply post the printouts of these commands:
ASPAPARNUM=56;
ASPAPARNUM=22;

just put aspac 56 to 9 and conference with key 3 will work...
