Conference centre

I have a customer with an IP 500 V2 and vm Pro, they want to set up a conference dial in but want each person entering the conference announced. Since Conference centre is no longer supported does anyone know another way of achieving this?

Yea but the people want to speak their names which are then announced when they enter the conference room

Then try this.
Make an action for recording there name when they call in.
Then do a page in to the conference.

Cant you do this with Whisper? i think i have seen some posts with this in it.

yea but wouldnt someone have to accept them into the conference?

easy - rel 6 and 7 has an auto accept in vmpro whisper.

Start Point --> Voice Question (Ask For Name and record) --> Whisper (Play recording ticked - Auto Accept Ticked, and play recording to e.5 500 - Conference met me on the IPO)
Caller is held, and then announced to the 500 met me conference.

Just did it here in 5 mins.

We use Whisper for this, and the persons name is said into the conference then they are beeped in.
