Conference Center - Validating User Issue

We have a conference center that we are having a strange issue with or I'm over looking something silly.

Using Avaya Conference Center Software

If 2 or more users call into conference bridge at same time only one is able to join the conference; this being the 1st person in the system. The other users are giving a message for invalid pin.

But, they can hang up and call right back in and if there are no other users calling for this conference they can get right in.

Any ideas?

Make sure you are using the latest version of the IPO, Conference center and Voicemail. If your running the latest, try re-installing the conference soft.
